Despite the world full of wickedness, there’s one man who stood by God through it all : Noah. This art piece called The Flood is inspired by the moments after Noah, chosen by God, as he found salvation by the grace of God, to build the ark and save him, his family and one couple of each species. While the Flood represents God’s judgement, the ark represents God’s salvation and the results of obedience.
